Unsigned build. macOS: open the app once, dismiss the warning, then System Settings → Privacy & Security → scroll down to “keyboard‑it was blocked” → Open Anyway → open it again. (macOS 14 and earlier: right‑click the app → Open.) Windows: on the SmartScreen prompt, click More info → Run anyway.

Alternative: one Terminal command

Installed this way, the macOS Gatekeeper warning never appears.

Setup in 4 steps

Install on both machines

Run the .dmg on your Mac and the .msi on your Windows PC.

Pair them

Set the same pairing key on both, then enter the other PC’s IP address.

Grant permissions (macOS)

Enable Accessibility and Input Monitoring in System Settings.

Double‑tap Fn to activate

Your keyboard and trackpad now drive the Windows PC. Double‑tap again to come back.
